The heating is not included in the price. It costs 3,50 Euro x mq.

2.  At what time can we check-in and out?
Arrival: from 15.00 p.m. to 19.30 p.m. If you’re in late, please let it know the Property and calling immediately. Departure: until 10.00 a.m.

The breakfast is not included in the price: 8,00 Euro per person.

5.  Is the price of the apartment per person or per the apartment?
In the High Season, the price is of the apartment per week, in the Low Season during the weekend the price is per person per night.

6.  On which floor will the apartments be?
Just the apartment B and one of the typology E, are on 2 grounds: at the ground floor there’s the kitchen, and on the first floor the bedroom and the bath.
All the other apartments are on a ground floor.

7.  Are there a terrace/court yard belonging to the apartments?
Yes, each apartment has an own outside ( a garden, a terrace or a court/yard), with charming wrought iron gazebo, chairs and table.

8.  Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Yes, each apartment is provided with linens and towels for each person.

9.  Are linens and final cleaning included in the total price of the apartment?
No, It is an extra cost, of: 13,00 Euro per person per week.

10.  Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Yes.

11. Is there a TV/ telephone in the apartments?
NO. The TV is on request.

12.  Are the apartments equipped with modem plugs and external telephone line, so that I can access the Internet from my apartment?
NO.

13. Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
YES, in the office you can access the Internet/ E-Mail.

14. Which languages are spoken at the reception?
Italian, English, German and France.

15. Is there a swimming pool on the grounds?
Yes, there is a big swimming pool (8x15) and a smaller one for children.

16. Are there vineyards nearby?
Yes,in Incisa Valdarno.

Yes, it’s covered and free.

18. Are there grocery stores in the surroundings?
Yes, the nearest village where you can find grocery shop is Castelfranco di Sopra. There are grocery stores and supermarkets. In Figline Valdarno, there are bigger grocery stores and supermarket, like Coop and Lidl. In Montevarchi there is the commercial center Ipercoop and also Lidl.

19. How far are Florence, Siena and Pisa from the estate?
Florence is 32 km, Siena about 50 km. And Pisa about 70 km. far from the estate.

20. How far is the closest village/town?
Castelfranco di Sopra is the closest village. It’s about 7 km, you take about 10 min. by car.

21. Which is the nearest town with rail connections?
The nearest town with a train station is Figline Valdarno, it’s about 12 km from the Property. You take about 20 min. by car.

22. Do you offer shuttle service to and from the airport?
NO, but in emergency it’ s possible.

23. Can we settle the bill at the arrival?
Yes.

24. Is there a dining apartment where we could sometimes all dine together?
Yes, at the restaurant or at the bar.
